Cancellation Policy
Terms & Agreements
All appointments require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits secure your appointment and are non-refundable.
If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, a 24-hour notice must be given to the artist in order to reschedule for a future date. One complimentary reschedule will be honored. Any further reschedules will require a new deposit to secure the appointment.
Failure to notify the artist at least 24 hours before your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
